Some of you are still blinded. They are still brainwashed to hate Rùssia or Pùtin!
Rùssia is now returning to its glory. Rùssia now has the power, to be able to stand up and resist those today wield power in the world. Rùssia is showing a profile that it is not afraid...
And because of this, Pùtin rating is going higher and higher!

Since no power rules forever. So I anticipate very soon, Rùssia will be able to check-mate NATO (the military wing of the oppressor) and make it helpless.

Regarding the report, the statistics are (all are from International IDEA): Quote:French legislative elections 2012 - voter turnout 46%
Lithuanian legislative elections 2012 - voter turnout 56%
Romanian legislative elections 2012 - voter turnout 43%
Georgian legislative elections 2012 - voter turnout 59%
American legislative elections 2014 - voter turnout 34%
Ukrainian legislative elections 2014 - voter turnout 50%
Mexican legislative elections 2015 - voter turnout 49%
Portuguese legislative elections 2015 - voter turnout 62%
Brazilian legislative elections 2014 - voter turnout 75% Compared to the above, the Russian 48% seems to be not at all out of the ordinary.

I said before that, Trump win was a good thing. Everybody needed the break... The temporary stand-off postponed the imminent WWÌÌÌ. But do not think Pütin is fooled. Both the Chinese and Rüssïä are aware of Uncle Sam character, such a deceiver! NOTE: I'm not saying I support/supported Trump! No! He is a school boy president!

When Obama did, putin had not invaded Georgia and Crimea. Had not helped assad to use chemical weapons in Syria,and worse of all had not just interfered with US elections.. i.am.back!!!!
