This is a recipe for war...n massacre. Some may have had their names expunged after the KPMG audit. But there was always an option to confirm online instead of raising hell on the eve of elections Let peace prevail "Things that matter most must never be at the mercy of things that matter least." This looks very suspicious to me. There was ample time given for people to verify their voter details. All of a sudden on the eve of the election, people from one area are supposedly missing from the register. If you're not on the register you can't vote. Period

He's paid by wazua admin to increase traffic. If 300 fools did not know where they were going to vote 24 hours before elections it means that our education system works. We get people with E's. Muthige…it is like saying dince you did not register as a voter and you have the ID you should be allowed to vote...how noe? This is my ideal dream...why do u need to register at a place as a voter? For me once u are a citizen n you have ID u should just walk in a Nairobi polling station and vote for an mca in Mandera...it's possible with a digital system. Portfolio: Sold You know you've made it when you get a parking space for your yatcht.

You should be allowed to vote if you are on the register.... watu waache ushenzi!! unapiga kura bila kujiandikisha kwa nini? don't people know the reason people register to vote is so that the IEBC plans for them to come and vote? Ballot paper yako inatoka wapi? Wino wa kalamu? Mipango hiyo mingine yote? Watu waache kuishi hivyo!! it's your right to vote but you must tell the Election Commission where you intend to vote so that they make arrangements for you to vote! Kama hukujiandikisha hunachako! secondly, Impunity wrote:Chebukati just told them "go to he'll, you had 3 months to verify your details"

Where were you? kama wafungwa walijisajili ULIKUWA WAPI? not only this time... kutoka 2012!! halafu uje hapa uanze kutusumbua!! you deserve a beating!!! All Mushrooms are edible! On a slightly different issue @ mathokoma If the voter identification system worked, would we still need to carry IDs? IEBC did good to remove the need for voters' cards but politicians are now buying IDs like (allegedly) Kabogo

The law requires that a voter be a citizen of Kenya and thus the only way to be sure that a person is a citizen AT THE TIME OF REGISTRATION! is to prove they are a citizen. We use the ID during polling to 'identify' ourselves as being who we claim to be. Biometrics do a better job in most cases than IDs will ever do!. So yes... we don't need ID cards to be identified. but there is a technological limitation in play that makes us use ID cards/ID Numbers. When you go polling tomorrow you will you will be asked to give your ID and the number should be keyed in and your profile loaded and then you will be asked to verify if you are the person the ID belongs to by submitting a fingerprint. When you key in the ID number a "search" will be conducted to ask - "is this person registered to vote?" and when you submit your fingerprint against a profile it will not be a "search" per se but rather a one-to-one verification that strives to answer the question ARE YOU WHO YOU CLAIM TO BE? the fingerprint submitted is not compared to all fingerprints stored in the system but the one attached to the profile in question. So while "is this person registered to vote" questions can be answered by biometrics - they are computationaly very expensive and would kill your battery in hours!! The hack for the current state of embedded systems is to do a search using some other "fairly unique" attribute (ID Number/Full names e.t.c.) then VERIFY that the loaded profile belongs to the person standing before the PO by submitting a fingerprint. All Mushrooms are edible! Some Mushroom are only edible ONCE!
