And the weird laughter after every question. But surely giving family chama chairperson as the qualification for CJ was more weird.

If this far she has convinced people to 'follow' her as a pastor and ensured they repeatedly revisit her every Sunday is fairly good to make a good CJ - I can bet on her capability to convince every member of staff and lawyers to 'follow' her.

Administration Capability: 8/10
Application of law: 5/10 (she can use the wisdom of solomon especially on determining election petitions).

On another note, she has marketed herself and church. I bet Swenani , having noted the beauty, might be 'fellow-shipping' kwa-pastor Lucy coming sunday.

I wonder the JSC was forced to interview everyone who applied.This type should have been weeded rightfully by the interns at the HR.
