Welcome to Wazua. All those options you've mentioned are viable but starting with 20k you'll have to be very patient to realize any sizable gains. For example if you choose to invest in shares we're in a bear so most shares are on a downtrend and capital gains are hard to come by.Dividends can be 10%(very generous) which comes to 2k per year. Also go through old threads coz they contain valuable information. You only need to be patient and keep learning everyday. All the best.

How old are you? What do you do? If for example you are a University student, there are numerous businesses you can start that can sustain you through out your campus life. If you are unemployed you can also start some small business. If you are employed, your options of making a significant return might be limited (not zero) with 20k.

Give some more details so that Wazuans can help you.
Never count on making a good sale. Have the purchase price be so attractive that even a mediocre sale gives good returns.

Just buy UNAITAS shares and continue with your "normal life" as if you never won anything..

I assume you ask because you have no business otherwise youd invest it there. You are hungry for more coz u havent built an asset to feed you. Humble yourself before your guka for two acres of land and plant indegenious vegetables. Harvest after 3 weeks. Yield doubles after a month. Uproot after 5 months. Harvest is weekly. Not bad for you especially with Kenyans all health conscious.

And your entire portfolio, real estate investments, household goods etc. is just a weekend getaway for someone else.

Stop discouraging your fellow human being/Kenyan. Everyone has to start somewhere!!!

That article's tone is offensive but true to the bone. 20k will only help you in farming an acre of maize or rearing chicken.
Plz understand that hard work is a must for wealth creation. Smart guys only leverage other peoples money for other peoples hard work but organizing that system also requires alot of preparation in learning and acquiring experience and goodwill. The way you sound, u want us to justify gambling so you can lose it like you found it. Ok then. U have rare talent in gambling exploit it to the max. Im afraid your cup is already overflowing you need a bigger cup to hold any more than 20000
