These numerous flash cameras (still photos) mounted even in the bundus which flashes hohehahe, who analyses the captions?
Wont it be easier to analyze a movie picture rather than several still pics?

These cameras are located in ridiculous places. We have one located in Rongai... A road called Gataka Road. A murram road... with huge potholes sorry craters. The cars on that stretch are overtaken by goats and children playing. It's just ridiculous!!

Who analyzes the footage?
Someone could have been employed but instead of analyzing the footage he/she simply sleeps on the office desk!

there are 2 types of cameras - SPEED CAMERAS (the ones in question) and SURVEILLANCE CAMERAS. The safaricom ones are SURVEILLANCE cameras. They are located in certain 'hotspots' - people can zoom in and out. The ones I have talked about are speed cameras. Someone can jack you just after you have passed them and they won't be the wiser.

In Ruai, they take pictures of donkey carts and hand carts. I think the whole system is a white elephant. The public is not informed on this project costs and benefits but hey, I may be wrong.

The ones which keep on flashing flashing when you approach them, are they surveillance ama speed cameras?
My welding decree informs me that a zoomable surveillance camera dont need to flash, they just need a constant beam of light or better still use the night vision technologies!

Hizi, hapana!

Laughing out loudly Laughing out loudly Laughing out loudly Laughing out loudly Wee @masukuma wacha kundanganya watu. You don't classify cameras based on the objects dynamics at the locations where the cameras are to be installed.
