Unless very deep inside around kamakis area . Within a 2km range a 50*100 or 40*80 goes for 1.5m minimum Esp with murram soil . If interested can offer a 40*80 with title adjacent to a controlled devt ard 1.7 neg

i am selling 1/8 acres so maybe you can have 2 adjacent ones to make a 1/4 acre. 1/8th acres for 600k are a bit inside..approx 4km off tarmac (eastern bypass) but 200m off the proposed greater eastern bypass. If interested, please write to info@itrade.co.ke

@Marty.How possible is that. As far as I know, the Greater eastern bypass is 13.7 Kilometres off the Existing Eastern bypass. This ,link Connecting the two starts at the sharp bend towards Ruai and goes along Kenyatta farm fence.

Have a quarter on pipeline road next to Dawamu School/after Whistling thorns Restaurant on tarmac ( not gimmicks but on the tarmac) for 1.5m quick sale.
