am willing to spend ksh 1 milion to purchase a 1/4 plots in a gated or controlled area ,with a title deed within nairobi or even 25kms out of nairobi to set up a residential home. any advice or news is highly welcome and if you have one am willing to be your neighbour. cheers @monica  .

In this market, that budget is too low!!! You will NOT get one. Change specs or budget - maybe both! Never count on making a good sale. Have the purchase price be so attractive that even a mediocre sale gives good returns.

Stima Sacco plots next to Buffalo hills thika road. About 800k for 1/8. Seems like a deal considering Buffalo hills with a Golf Course going over 2.5m and is a Gated Community including plans for shops and a school. Plus there are 3 phases. You should consider
