Yes, with these three categories of documents it is possible to issue more than 100,000 per year... Little maths to prove it... We have 260 working days in an year (monday to Friday) IDs issued per day to foreigners... 300 translating into 78,000 IDs per year... Passports issued per day to foreigners... 50 translating into 13,000 per year... Work permits issued per day to foreigners... 50 translating into 13,000 per year... Total 78,000 + 13,000 + 13,000 = 104,000Infact those daily documents issues are rather conservative... ...besides, the presence of a safe alone does not signify that there is money inside...

In those ministries the substantive authority is the PS,who was the PS again?Passports and citizenship are the preserve of the Principal Immigration Officer who is supposed to be answerable...Even if the minister influenced the alleged issuance it cannot be overstated that due compliance of the law ought to have been undertaken by the relevant bodies. possunt quia posse videntur
