It's going green, being eco friendly. That said, Lands Ministry needs type writers to fill details on the title deeds, and duplicators to produce blank copies of titles.

The person who gave that tender has outlived his usefulness in public service and just needs to go. Why not go to the govt store and collect the typewriters from there?

Then it will be very easy to copy and paste, and clone the title for your kaplot. Hackers and fraudsters would have a field day.
