He can always be blamed even if he is not in government. e.g the current government inherited some policies from the previous one.

Am finding it really hard to sympathise with the Embotut fellas, walipewa 400k wakaenda hepi coast n just misused the cash

400K was too little i dont know why they agreed to take it they should have insisted on both land and money
