how many acres do you want. can get some 250k per acre 7km from tarmac.

I am looking to acquire 5 or so acres. I think 250K per acre 7km from the tarmac is on the higher side but drop me a line on applewalkestate(at)gmail dot com

We have an offer for a block of 100acres about 4km past Tinga at 300k p.a. Touching the tarmac. We are currently mobilizing a few people, probably 10, to pool and buy the land. Its still at conceptual stage and nothing has been done. If interested we can meet and together with the others interested to agree on where to start.
The whole land is 400 acres selling in blocks of 100.

@Baraza, in the next 2-3 mnths, a group in which i am member will be launching a phase 2 and selling 100acres in one acre portions at Kshs 150k/acre all inclusive. I will post here the details when ready. We have just completed selling 100acres at Kshs 120k/acre 8kms from Tinga Town.
