Thoughts guys?
It seems that this area is ripe for property investment. Can anyone recommend specific areas, recommended sizes (in stories) of apartment buildings per area, and even banks that smile on such development?

Hill Donholm, TENA, INNERCORE and Pipeline are very good areas. Our friend waititu though has a lot of interest in the latter and I would rather you avoid like plague. He's not a guy to border, but that's Just my opinion. Best. Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God..
