Slightly, on the higher side I would think. But again, you are sure to have full occupancy once the project is complete.

With increasing student numbers it might happen but there is still room for expansion much closer to the campus. 2M for a 40 * 60 on the basis of hostels for JKUAT students is not justifiable from my point of view!

@Teller1 - How many hostels are next to your plot? And kindly give the closest "landmarks" e.g. the new Uchumi building, Senate hotel etc.
Never count on making a good sale. Have the purchase price be so attractive that even a mediocre sale gives good returns.

Btw does the 40*60 have a ready tittle? If not how will you get your building plans approved?

...And this building is owned by one Martha wangare- she from Kirinyaga. and she never mentioned it during the presidential debate saying she is worth I don't know an acre in Tigoni only!!NKT!!
