Well, you shouldn't wait until October to get checked. It's best to perform a self exam once a month (you can find a how to guide online). Two family members are 5+ years in remission thanks to finding the lumps early during self exams.

Guys, you need to check yourselves too. Men also get breast cancer!

Now how?
Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God..

It's true.

Studies have shown that for every 12 months of breastfeeding, the risk of getting breast cancer reduces by 4%.

ALL MEN should learn how to do a breast exam.

They spend more time on the boobs than the women do.

There are body builders who insist that breast milk is good for them. Suckling that one might give you cancer!

For good measure, regular breast massage reduces the chance of breast cancer. You now have a reason to play regularly with what you don't have.

I am sure if you asked the women in your life if they do, you'll find that most don't. The excitement around October reminds people to go get checked.

I think the guy's name is Richard Roundtree - was in Shaft and Roots. He was diagnosed in the 90's.

Is it true that women who have not breast fed for long are prone to getting breast cancer? And what is the explanation behind it?
