Food for thought.. I have a 51 year old Japanese friend who looks early 30. Has 5 kids and his endurance for sport is more than some 20 year olds.

Is it any wonder then that they have the longest life expectancy.
Learn first to treat your time as you would your money, then treat your money as you do your time.
