Shelter Afrique Director Allasane BA
Sacked because the storm dented the institution’s image.

Nancy Baraza
Sacked for Gross misconduct and abuse of office.

The reasons for the above two's sacking tells me that an Office is more important than the person heading it-doesn't matter how qualified one is for the job.

A leader who cannot restrain himself under the worst provocative pressure is not fit emotionally to lead. Its very healthy to be angry, but how we react is what and if the reaction dents the image of the office one is supposed to head then woe unto them, we have seen consequences before.
Leaders go through anger management classes because they hold the lives of people in their hands.
Wars are caused by anger and followed by revenge Please learn restraint as a leader both in office and home.

This is not man vs woman but office vs character.

Each case should be reviewed individually, on what is in our best interest, for the above, they are appointees and have little or no effect, but if it will cost us billions/elections/replacing with corrupt and incompetent popular choices to make a small point If Someone has collected 80billion through his effort, intellect, business acumen, solid proposals, plans etc to make our collective lives better/happier, then it is passed to for example yt2, you have to evaluate. Justice cuts two ways. Case by case. I agree with the bulk of what you say however, restraint is important.

Thanks,

Performance vs character.
Does good performance in office supercede one's bad character? am thinking abt guys like sonko, the mp who slapped a cop etc etc.
We are lowering our standards of intergrity by focusing on performance.

Kidero must go. Aside from srapping Shebesh the only other thing he has managed to do is increase charges for non-existent services. He has been unable to deal with the County manpower.
Life is short. Live passionately.

Ditto! Applause Applause Applause I think Kidero will pay the fine (and that will be his punishment)...impeaching a governor is not a road side declaration

I stand by the fact that he was so wrong to do that, especially now that he is a leader. BUT he should be given a fair hearing. Especially now that we only heard from one side. The judge will be in a position to give a sober judgement after looking at all the facts. Kama ni fine, sawa. Kama ni aende home, sawa. Whatever a fair hearing session comes out with should be obeyed n respected by all.
