In my several years of driving and owning cars I have never changed neither am I in need of one inscribed BIGCHICK 010..... At this rate, only the government will have the authority to rob citizens without violence. Number plates will now be a hot item in thefts as thieves will be offering stolen numbers at a cheaper price than replacing at KRA. Sabotage will also rise as all that someone will need to do to state a revenge on a car owner is to snatch #plates and let the owner suffer the consequences.
