Ruto arrives for ICC status conference at the Hague

You see Ruto is a very cunning man, Uhuru's case should start in July if things go as planned, it's perfect for him to delay his case to November and see what his boss will do in July!!!

were all protocols observed ie was he received as DPORK or as any other indictee

Actually, indictees seem to be handled very well. I remember there was a rumour that one of them was being paid a hansome allowance. I guess they will be handled with respect.
