Response to affidavit on misappropriation:

All information is fictitious. No Fact. Based on hearsay. All land transactions are in writing and these are public documents available for inspection at the ministry of lands. It was a blackmail. The unnamed persons have threatened him and been to his gate. It’s an attempt to blackmail him. The directors of the concerned banks have all documentations as well

Relevance of Training vs nomination
- Cabinet Secretaries are managers
- Half of ICT work to be done is legislative. He is an expert in this field (last 8 years)
- Negotiate between policy and legislation
- Docket not limited to ICT
- Will change the mind set on ICT. Quotes skeptics of the computer per child policy
- Address key issues of the sector - Broadband strategy, National ICT paper, review ICT board and see areas of overlap
- Areas not covered by phone networks: Govt already working on this. Mobile phone networks to fund 2% towards this goal

Did they own the land Dancan Mugaka Delphis Bank

Complainants bought 8 years ago and did not repay. Property was advertised. He met the said complainants but the land was charged to the bank. Fred and three others bought the land six years ago. He complains against only one person and just after he is nominated to the cabinet. The complainant has never been to court. The person has threatened and tried to blackmail him on his nomination.
