I had started to visualise a Mr Shah somewhere in westlands with a Jaipur spare foot ready for change........

How now? Alikuwa yeye ndiye anawekea Kibaki gear ama alikuwa kwa breaks always?

Give him benefit of doubt and assume he was
doing the right thing. But that makes him the
status quo. Where is the change there?
