I have been thinking that most of the internet will be anarchical but self organizing.

Rights are laws, and laws are about things that can be determined to 'reasonable uncertainty'.

But in the internet there's very little that one can determine, or even imagine.

This force seems to be anarchical, but it is in fact, organized and beneficial.

Corporates, and governments need to stop chasing after the internet and instead ride on her.

Other attempts will simply fail.

Getting a beating means not conforming to prevailing laws.

That is, those getting a beating need a paradigm shift, or re-organization. They need to focus on mutualist objectives, and re-brand and to create new relationships.

With the internet has 'homo sapiens' become 'homo deus'.

Can one of you please give an example of "internet laws"? We might be discussing hot air here.

I don't know of an example. And I'm saying attempts to have any will lead to loss.

There are of course laws regarding individuals, internet service providers, transactions . . . but technology has overtaken all laws modelled on conventional wisdom.
