weight training is your best bet,studies have deonstrated this...weight training builds/tones muslce and leads to an increase in the basal metabolic rate

There are three types of exercises that are known to workout the whole body.... swimming,having a nightmare and sex.

Its just me
whatever choice you make in life make sure that you can live with it.

Aerobics plus strength training (weight lifting) in moderation should do you just fine......halafu uongezee sugarcane na kadhalika!!!!

combine swimming and weight training - lakini watch your diet too! Punguza choma,tumbukiza,Tusker baridi etc etc if u dont partake these then ua task is kidogo. Best of luck

Combine weight training but more reps and cardio-bike and treadmill,i find that 5 times a week for just 60 mins using machines that target different parts of your body works pretty fast oh and diet change-less carbs.

If you cant dazzle them with brilliance,baffle them with bullshit.
