Looking for a 550 to 600 k plot to put up a residential house

I looking for plot with a title for putting up a residential house. I know there is no place Where it's a 100 % safe but would like it it to be in a relatively safe place as I often have to leave the office quite late. Though I'm a bit allergic to the perennial Mombasa road traffic jam .
I don't want to reach the end of my life and find I just lived the length of it. I want to find I have lived it's breadth as well.

Hi customer, I happen to have 2 plots in 2 different places that may suit you. One is in Kitengela 100 by 50 plot near Sifa farm. The place is rapidly developing and my immediate neighbours have some fairly impressive structures. The second one is in Katani next to the Chief's camp, it is 100 by 50, and as you may be aware there is a road under cinstruction from Mombasa road to Katani. If interested in any of them contact me at 0733139400

I agree, incidentally I have sold one before using this address for initial contact on Wazua. Will open a pariah one today
