Good men of Wazua, please help me understand this. If you have any quarrels with your wife, why kill the kids? If you want to die, who not kill yourself and leave your wife and the children alone to continue with their lives. The reason i am asking men to help me understand is because it is usually very rare to hear of a woman wiping out a family. True, they also do, but not as much as men do. Its all depend on the individual's limit of elasticity! If you are pushed so hard in a 3-D corner all human beings will release the animal in them. Now it depends on which animal, some have donkeys in them, others kitten, others dodo while others are tigers and buffaloes.  Portfolio: Sold

Can that man have a eulogy really? Again thats why women are told to leave men who abuse them,this tragedy could've been avoided if she had since taken off with her kids.The noise went on for 4hrs and neighbors assumed it was biz as usual!!!

You are right.... i bet we (women) sometimes do not take it seriously when a man threatens especially to kill..... If you hate someone so much as to want to kill them, why not just leave them and you move on with your life? Sometimes some men will threaten to kill a woman if she leaves him, yet, he's violent when they are living together.... @impunity... I believe you... someone said some food tasted like cat food in some thread... may be they have a "cat" in them!

I have seen shocking stories but this one was right up there! It's as if the man wants to punish the woman forever - for her to live with guilt and regret forever! Five children!!!I can't even begin to imagine what it feels like. @Wendz, I have heard of so many stories of women being beaten and staying in marriages because the guy takes the children to Riara and the like. What a load of bullshit! That's why parents should educate their girls to be confident and able to stand on their own!The writings are normally on the wall! Over possessiveness, a thrown utensil here, a slap there and finally full blown violence. Now that's the educated middle class! For the rural folk it is much worse - as was manifested in Kuresoi. BEER IS LIVING PROOF THAT GOD LOVES US AND WANTS US TO BE HAPPY!

This is madness and nothing we say can explain or excuse what that man did. Kids are angels, I almost wept when I saw their picture on tv. But let me say one thing, men are all about ego and there's nothing that cuts a man deeper than a wife's tongue. Men are as useful or useless as your wife says. Now you might not agree with that and that's ok because this is a democracy but I have seen one man commit suicide and another go mad just over what their wives said about them over time. Proverbs 18:21 Death and life are in the power of the tongue, and those who love it will eat its fruits.

A guy becomes so possessive, he's not violent, but even when going out with the gals, the guy somehow shows up at some point... sometimes with an excuse that the lady sounds "slurred" and hence cant drive even when she's not one bit tipsy - just to see who she was out with.

@ Wendz, I could not bring myself to watch that news article. It was very very sad. That said, and as @McR has put it, that must be madness.. I think that guy had been pushed too hard and thought he was better off dead. Unfortunately, he might have believed that his children would be better off dead than live a horrible life of constant struggle.... Just trying to get an insight into his trail of thought.. not excusing his act at all. The dude needed serious help. There is a lot that was not said. we just got the end product.
