thats too much for a place like kahawa sukari, 3m should be the maximum unless you are selling to a pirate

You need to inform people how they can contact you.
Never count on making a good sale. Have the purchase price be so attractive that even a mediocre sale gives good returns.

IF the plot is in Kahawa Sukari where there is controlled development then I think the price is Fair...That estate property values are very high.

For instance those who have SQ I hear the rents ranges btwn 20-25K a month For a 1bedroom.
