Rank: Member Joined: 7/27/2008 Posts: 241		its not hackers, its the advisors of musalia who did a shoddy job, they registered musaliamudavadi.co.ke and forgot about the .com .org etc....adn the guys jsut registered those and redirected, however, any court will overule this guys and hand it over to the righful owners. For all you out there, it will only cost you a few $$$ but register all possible extensions, hata ya china if you are planning to expand there... Sorry, anyone saying that the domain belongs to Mudavadi is rather naive. .coms are not under kenyan legal jurisdiction. lol....Let them try to win that case in a us court. They will be asked if they have a trademark on the name musaliamudavadi Obviously, mudavadi can't make it in the new age. You can buy anyone's name at any time and nothing will happen. It's called business. It's only the co.ke domains that have silly archaic rules about not owning something like safaricon no wonder no one but fools buy those. A .com will always be better than a .co.ke and Mudavadi wishing to be president of a country that wants to have Konza should never be allowed near that office if he didn't know that.
