This guy is useless apart from his involvement in Cocaine trade as alleged in the untouchable/Jichopevu series..today he goes ahead and declares the moi avenue blast an electric fault...KPLC have actually dismissed that theory.

According to some eyewitnesses there is a crater in the exhibition a signs of a bomb...why wuld the police commissioner play this game with sane kenyans.

I think its time he resigned...he has been unable to tame these blasts.

On a serious note @murchr, take me through the process, step by step of what I should do should I see several grenades in the boot of a car as it is opened by the driver to remove the jack after a puncture.

Oh. The driver is in full police regalia and the the vehicle bares GK plates.

In a drastic turn of events. The fake commissioner of police has sent an email to newsrooms withdrawing his earlier statement

He now claims the explosion was caused by an explosive device

Certain stall tenants says they saw a man leave a bag seconds before the explosion.

This vaite Iteere police commissioner is just a big Joke.

But since they used to drink with Kibaki back then,he stays on whilst clearly very unproffesional and incompetent

The mini god called Iteere should have sensed and known that a certain man went into the stalls and left a bag there....come on people..this lady should have alerted the security that kuna mtu amewacha kitu hapa na akatoka....if we continue being this ignorant then we have seen nothing yet.

The fact that the Kenyan police force is incompetent is beyond doubt. They are happier blaming nature, Kenya power Etc so that they do not have to conduct an investigation. I still recall Jasper Ombati's claim on the death of Samuel Wanjiru before any investigation was done. Now his boss Iteere claims the blast was caused by an electric fault before any investigation is carried. I am all for reporting stuff to the police, but I fear I may be arrested to 'assist the police with investigations' or someone will just be too lazy to investigate.

Iteere just epitomizes this culture of incompetence and laziness

If anyone can even consider Iteere as being anything but unprofessional in this case then you now understand where the words "boot licker" came from.

The past week has shown just how much of a shoddy gov't we've had for a time.

The emperor really has no clothes.

We have WWE champions, foreign invaders and now electrical faults that cause craters.

But we still want to see a road as an achievement.

Iteere can stay, but his boss really really must go.
