We can only take it that Museveni returned Migingo!
otherwise why would the Raila who stired passions in Kisumu against Museveni over Migingo now be the one going to bed with the very Museveni and so in Kisumu!!!!

Negative sentiments against Museveni were engineered by Engineer Raila immediately after 2007 elections.

Dangerous and reckless propaganda was spewed out of ODM that Museveni had sent his troops to kills the party supporters.
