- Reliability
- Professionalism
- Good Customer Service
- Pricing
- Experience

among Nairobi real estate agents in the upscale market especially apartment buildings in Nairobi ?

I only know of Westlands based:-
(i) Hassconsult
(ii) Villacare

ie hass,villacare,knightfrank and ark consultants.
I still need one more though .

if you dont mind my asking, what service do you require? if letting/property management then i have issues with some of the firms on your list. especially if they know you are not based in kenya.
