what surprises me is not the mungiki angle but the fact that so many so called "youth leaders" are so hungry for handouts. How do these "youth" lead anything?

I am not surprised. Kenya is full of people looking for handouts from politicians. Their returns peak during election years where they sell their allegiances to the highest bidder. We demand a very high standard of integrity from our leaders which we cant measure up to.

...even nyachaes, kiokos and "others" subscribed to that outfit???

Ocampo needs to investigate the witnesses again..
...besides, the presence of a safe alone does not signify that there is money inside...

And why was that victims lawyer insisting on this tribe attacked that tribe?

Also, if this regretful rasta boys are multi ethnic, how comes they attacked non-kikuyus in Naivasha and Nakuru not in Kisumu, Kakamega or Baringo?

In one of your posts sometime back you said that the Mungiki was a Kikuyu organisation. I am very sure about this. Why are you changing the story now.

I will try to dig the particular post.

it is inconceivable that some of my former student leaders are Mungiki members. It is extremely unlikely that K.Orengo and the rest would take part in a meetn to arrange revenge attacks against their tribes. Those guys were just there 4 the cash. That list also has Mwende Mwinzi who was a columnist with the Nation sometime back. Unles Icc has evidence of another meeting later on that day, I hold that any belief that this was a violence planning meeting is a product of fertile imagination.

By police making the list public and common knowledge tells us "Diabo" is dead does it mean that if a good analysis is made then we can establish the Ocampo witnesses on the mungiki issue. If true could I be biased if I say that police have contravened the privacy act in exposing the witnesses whom we are not supposed to know.
Could also Ocampo use that explanation to further indict the 2 of the ocampo 4. This is getting murkier by day

Who told Baks met the 8 "vijana" groups at the same time under some tent?
He might have met them at different times of the day/night;while meeting with OKA (operation Kibs Tena, headed by the now demised Diambo) they might have didcussed and arranged Ogambo's claims.
But again who knows?
Sad
