"One of the Ocampo Six suspects got drunk at Sankara hotel and warned that he will make the country ungovernable should ICC freeze his assets and if the court rules that he has a case to answer. The man, who was having drinks with his friends became incensed when he was asked whether he was worried about the forthcoming ruling. He sprung up, banged the table several times and issued the warning."

Btw, I am told that during last yr's katiba campaigns, the same character got so drunk in Kakamega that he made a short call on his person.

If he wants ascend to the highest office in ze land, he'd be well advised to go easy on phombe.

[quote=Mainat]"make the country ungovernable

That phrase was severally used by prominent politicians early 2008 - in front of national television- yet they did not make ICC shortlist. IMO no case to answer

@Impunity. On the same 'reliable' newspaper quoted by the starter of this thread, the Prominent Man is apparently in India - Holidaying.

If they (star) have balls enough why dont they publish the name since all what this article does is make people think of a particular person and he cannot come out and defend himself because that would now mean he is indeed "guilty" as charged. since we all know who is implied, some people hit the defense by default. Pause for a second and think what it means if he really said itPray

We all know which side of the coalitions likes the phrase "make Kenya un-governable" There is nothing much to pause and think about, if they truly have evidence weka kwa meza and let Kenyans know.
