Could it be a fallout with one 2012 candidate? Sample this;
"He said an assistant minister, who he refused to name, told him that a presidential candidate was angry with him because he refused to go to the Hague. "The assistant minister is the same one who told me the politician will clear Sh6m mortuary bill for my wife and the two drivers who were killed by police. He had promised to get me a visa to go to the ICC but I failed to get it," said Njenga."

I know the presidential hopeful, and I believe the assistant monister was the one who stood witness to the 2012 hopeful!

It seems very plausible, he should release it rather than warning the suspect. What is the point of announcing he s going to release. Me thinks he s bargaining for a better deal with the (WE KNOW WHO) suspect for his silence.

sasa why is he whinning? if he has the video, let him forward it to the media ama aweke hapa wazua.
We will never forget the many massacres and other atrocities his gang meted on poor innocent Kenyans.

Some of us felt nothing when Gitau was sent 'packing' , will go take a beer when this other one departs!
