Has anybody received a notification about the bonus shares they issued? These guys released their half year results:
P.A.F- Up by 18%
EPS- UGX 10.32(2010-UGX 8.75)

They paid more than one month ago direct to the bank account and the sky rocketing fuel prices consumed it all!!! Sad

Yes I can confirm that they paid the Dividends and I received mine- sent direct to my bank account.

Anyone with information on the bonus shares? However they had indicated that for you to get you needed to have a CDSC account with the USE - how do you go about this?? Help required here please, we may lose the Bonus shares which were 1:1??

Got mine immobilised in July. Try African Alliance or Dyer.

I opened a USE CDSC account through Dyer & Blair. That was easy. Immobilisation took a century!

How or who do I contact at Dyer? I need to open the CDSC account first. I bought the Stanbic shares through Dyer, all others through African Alliance.

I wrote to Dyer some weeks back on the matter and they just went quiet!! They didnt even acknowledge receipt, but a small investor any to warrant their attention, i think!

Thermostatic Investor,Please go to the dyer and Blair offices with your National ID and the share certificate.They have a counter that deals with Uganda transactions.You cannot do this action online!! You need to be identified for security reasons and fill some forms.
