Due to be charged in court over malicious damage of City Council property during confrontation with parking attendants...the way they have rushed to charge, I bet he will be released on some bail!!!! ..."Wewe ni mtu mdogo sana....na mwenye amekuandika pia ni mtu mdogo sana!".
