there is a 5acre plot for sale in redhill at 5m per acre, 8 investors wanted to divide the plot into half acre plots with intention to build houses within three years, if interested please lets me know and so we can move from there.

@african redhill exactly where? and how will 8 people get 1/2 acre from 5 acres? How much will they contribute each? be clear!!

please weka map, as redhill is big, we need to be sure sio huko past gachie. If it is really redhill, count me in, of course subject to very serious due diligence of the deal.

there is 5acre in redhill going for 5m an acre, if divided, we can get 8 1/2 acre plots including roads, so if interested lets talk, the land is for residential purpose
