Quite simple, as things stand now coast is no one's stronghold....balala amekaa kwa fence. If UK and Ruto were to visit Mombasa next week he would be the first to welcome them. There's also the small issue of "Bendera",I'm sure the guy wouldn't mind holding on to his Ministry for some few more months.
