The gatundu north mpig clement kungu waibara has never spoken in parliament since his election 3.5 years ago! This is happening as some of us wish sonko and his ilk should just shut up for talking too much. Then to spice things up, this mpig has lied in court that he has even asked questions in parliament! Or am reading wrong things?

I wonder why he said he has never spoken. I watched him some time back asking a question about printing fake currency(note: his rival Patrick Muiruri printed cash in the 07 election.) however, the guy was shaky and incoherent. i wished he could get a translator!
