are we going to see the stocks rally at the bourse due to the death of OBL? i am waiting to see what happens tommorow after it happpen in european, american and asian markets.
African parents don't know how to say sorry.. the closest you will get to a sorry is a 'have you eaten'

Probably but it is just a short feel good factor. Makes no sense if you ask me...

If someone were to destroy al-shabaab & somali pirate bases [what do Kenya's special forces do except catch cattle rustlers?] then I would be bullish on Kenya since it:

1) Lowers shipping costs in & out headed for Europe & Middle East
2) Lowers security costs for our army & police in NEP
3) Increases 'viability' for USA-Kenya flights [tourism]

I believe it is fool-hardy in this case to presume that since the shephard has been struck, the flock will disperse.

anyway even after the US stocks and asian including european stocks gaining in the early trading hours due to the news, it faded and in the course of the day the gains had already eased. let us not expect much.
