I am lookinig for 1/4 0r 1/8 plot in ruiru bypass to build a home. Can someone advice the best way on how to go about this! God bless you as you help out!

You can first visit the area and get an idea on the prices relative to the distance from Thika Rd and the bypass. Then you check on the many plots on offer on papers, by property companies and here at Wazua. You can then make a choice dependent on the plot's location and your budget. However its very important you check on documentation. There are very many cases of cons in the area. Ensure the plot has a title so that you can do a search at Thika Lands Registry.

I have some 5kms from Thika Rd and 1km from bypass with ready titles if you will be interested.

I have a 40*80 Plot at membly 1.5KM from Thika road at The clay works side no Tittle but all paperwork are intact going for 1.5M serviced with two road back and front electricity and water available.The plot is directly facing Thika Road and controlled development apply.

@murenj, i was of the same opinion until i asked another guy who had bought nearby from some other sellers and he told me he had bought at 650k. I went back to ask for what they called phase two which were selling at 370k and were further inside only to be told they had all been sold out.The truth is some of us are able to value a place with the future in mind,some of us like me its usually here and now.
