It was never a large market for them coz of local competition [Bakhressa - The jamaa who was conned of 10s of millions by a Kenyan gal - is HUGE in Tanzania. Even in Uganda]

I think the subsidiary was dormant. The money efforts are better spent in Uganda, South Sudan & DRC...

if you read the article it says UNGA SELLS FAKE PESTICIDES.....if thats not your scandal I dont know which is furthermore the farmers were accusing UNGA LTD.
