Effects of new consititution on land prices

Does any of you experts out there have a crystal ball on the effects on the new consitution on land prices. If counties are allowed to tax land, all those hoarding it will be forced to dispose the land. What effect will it have on the prices in the immediate future. Is it worth investing big money on land now or should one take a wait and see approach. Please indulge!

land has not been nationalized and will not,
Kenya may have shifted more to the left but we are not Marxist.
Kenya Land surface area is fixed against an ever increasing population and demand.. meaning, value will always be upwards, tax or no tax! In terms of economics, IMO little has changed.

Just as long as you don't go buying a 999-year leasehold parcel before 27th, coz come then, u will have lost 90% of the time value.... just like that!
