Hi everyone.
Is anyone aware of any legislation or legal requirements to doing online business from Kenya?
Does one need a specific licence?
How about taxes (especially an online business is just a website with no offline presence whatsoever)?
How does one stay on the right side of the law (i.e. without breaking any existing/future legislation governing this) when doing online business?

I don't beleive such legislations exist...rather than the regular ones.
