Family bank has been running that advert for so long now, you can repay your loans thru M-Pesa. But generally, any bank that allows you to debit or credit your account directly through M-pesa will be sufficient. You simply transfer funds from your M-pesa to your bank account and the bank will debit your account accordingly. Go to your your banker and ask them, or dont you have a bank account...maybe.

@timwesh, interesting question especially noting that MPesa was initially designed for only this purpose hence the initial Faulu, CBA link (I think). Seems some complications arose initially that led to unexpected consequences. Talk of making lemonade out of lemons.
