Watched some brief at 5am and some were saying that there are their observers who were denied access in Embakasi. I hope they wont drag in 'rigged' into the house.

For Shiro of JIAM, its double jeopardy - 1. Losing Starehe seat and 2. Losing the referendum.

@Wendz and Vinii.....We will preach the gospel of love,We will not condemn anyone First its not a suprise to any establised Clergy that for every 6 in the congrats 2 are sheep (will obey) and 4 are goats (will never obey but will never miss a sermon).Every sunday we tell them(kenyans)..be prayerfully, love your neighbours, stop sinning, stop being drunkards, stop beating your wives and husband but at the end of the day ITS A PERSONAL CHOOSE.

On sunday we will preach the gospel.
NB I m proud of the Kenyan Church she stood united and spoke in one voice.

Laughing out loudly Laughing out loudly Amen Pastor, 67% of Kenyan goats have made a decision that will unfortunately bind the 33% sheep.

The church saw it coming as surely as the day follows night! In fact the ACK church was requesting for a forum to be formed after the referendum to deal with some of their issues. Yes they knew they were loosing.

At this point in time, we just need to move on. The country still has many challenges.

To all the pastors join us in building a new kenya.
You will know that you have arrived when money and time are not mutually exclusive "events" in you life!

@Pastor M

If you look at my comments, i do not doubt that the church has its place in the society and the world at large. I do appreciate it because that is where i get my spiritual nourishment.

All am asking is for the church not to get into more mess trying to justify why the goats voted the way they did by claiming rigging when we know the process was as transparent as it would have been. That is all. However, i will be in church on sunday, listen to the sermons and live my life according to the teachings of the Holy book. That does put the responsibility of me to think independently but in line with the teachings.

the clergy played a very important role by standing their ground based on issues, otherwise this referendum would have become us (7 provinces) vs them (rift valley/kalenjin) just like 2005 was anti central/kiuks

It would be wrong to put all the clergy in one side of the divide...Though I had already taken my stand ab initio ....Our Bishop told us to vote whichever way we thought was beneficial to us.....and I said it here on Monday....He is a great Man of God

To those who took a different position ...it was their democractic right ..but it was somehow saddening to see some accept outright lies from politicians eg gayism and try to impose them to their followers..for those with injured egos ... I wish them a quick recovery ......

To My Bishop .....you are a Great Man Of God....God bless you....

Life goes on, people were shown a road sign but they chose to ignore, aren't the clergy the same people who tell you to stop fornicating but you still do? they can shout/scream but you make the decision yourself.

Thats rather hash @ Masukuma, why are drawing an analogy between the 67% of Kenyans who voted YES and fornicators?? These good Kenyans did not ignore the road sign, they just chose to use a speed train instead!

Some good news to the clergy; Charles Njonjo (and others who had shared his thinking) will now resume tithing ( remember he stopped because he didn't want the tithe money to be chanelled to the NO campaign)

Applause You are spot on @Njunge - God has spoken to Kenyans and they have listened.
It is our prayer that his people will continue listening to Him during the implementation stage which will no doubt be challenging.
