What is the big question? Is is if yes or no will win? I do not think so! Yes will definately carry the day!What we need to ask is what will happen after 5th August how will this new constitution be implemented?

Blame my heavy eyes at 9pm bulletin last night.
There was a poll on referendum on one of the channels either KTN or Citizen asking how would you vote come the referendum day?
What was the result?

And Ruto said something like if the YES doesn't gather the International Threshold of 65% then the process would have failed.How valid is this claim?

Ktn was no 56 and yes 44. Rutos claim are valid but cant hold bcz under the current law, it is by simple majority.

my take is that the win margin will be very tight - something like 51/49 to 55/45 - independent of whoever wins...
