anyone with information on this plots maasai village somewhere near KPA godown off mombasa road.

I had a friend who took us there to sample the plots,all i am aware of is they don't have title deeds they only offer share certificates after the purchase,which i found a bit questionable.Please beware those Maasais were allocated the land by the former regime,so nothing is guaranteed.

What are the prices so that we can consider whether they are worth the risk. The guys who have made loads of money are the one who buy land with allotment letters ? If only u are not conned or the land is not repocessed.

I hope this is not at changombe(sp) which I believe is under the flight path of planes landing at JKIA i.e no building should be put up under the flight path?

I have also heard that the plots are under the flight path. Take precautions before making any payment. Great men are not always wise, neither do the aged understand judgement...

You can construct under the flight path, the only caveat is the height of the building and the inconvenience to the tenant..wacheni porojo mingi... Quote:Buy when there's blood in the streets, even if the blood is your own...
