Is there a road connecting Utawala to Syokimau into mombasa highway without having to go back to city cabanas ?
There is a new murrum road from Utawala towards syokimau side , has anyone used it and how far does it go? Anyone with any idea if this is where the Bypass will pass?

Do Utawala plots have titles ?

Plots dont have titles as yet, but there are certificates. Title being processed...

@ newfarer, yes there is via katani thou long compared to the one via cabanas.
Some have been thought brave because they were afraid to run away.

Never count on making a good sale. Have the purchase price be so attractive that even a mediocre sale gives good returns.

The syokimau plots are ideal,but i would advice you look at the type of soil,don go black-cotton.
Then visit the area yourself and enquire about the security from the dwellers
