Am USA citizen of Kenyan origin am in Kenya at the moment and am looking for a buyer of my property in old runda its 1/2 acre of commercial use asking price is 18 million ono recent valuation came to 23 million.You can reach me on 0720019977.

Which part of Runda?? What do you mean commercial i thought Runda is all residential?

@kpimp I think it is fair for Wazuans to ask reasonable questions for all to see and benefit since you have advertised here without any payments... i suggest you answer the questions or go to an estate agent and sell your plot.

Since you are non resident Kenyan my candid advise is hand over the land to a reputable real estate professional let them market it for you at agreed commision, this serves you all the stress and explanations.

It is worth it to take the trouble to travel down to see estate agents, show them the title documents and take them to visit the land.

If you have a notary public represntative, they can equally handle that for you.


Keep your asking price at 23M but let your agents know the last price.
