Huh? Nothing 'insider' coz Helios does NOT have a controlling interest in Equity Bank. Plus the deals/cash would be to Shell Dealers who are contracted with Shell/Helios. It is a loan like any other.

Nevertheless, they can still lend to them.. Other than disclosure, what are the other requirements? I mean Directors are always taking insider loans and don't seem deterred.
