Has anyone out there been successful in migrating from the troubled brokers?
I need to transfer from DSL to another broker preferably one that is associated with a stable commercial bank.

There is no limit to how many brokers you can have on same CDSC acc! You could be asking whether anyone has had his/her shares/bonds transferred from DSL. I still have my KCB shares at DSL.

Open an account with a different broker..continue with ur investing as transfer from discount goes on.

..if it is not expressly prohibited in law.. DO IT!!!!

Hi Brother,
I moved my shares from DSL on 23rd of June 09,to a new broker. Go for your transfer papers now and start enjoying life again.

@Ji,
I paid ksh200 at CFC financial as the tranfer fee. I was told that it should take two wks for me to start trading.

Brothers and sisters,
take note that another 3 brokers may be on their way down
